ENTRÉES

For the best results, follow these instructions when reheating your Easter meal. Cooking times may vary based on oven type, temperature accuracy, and the amount of food you’re reheating.

QUICHE
Ready to eat chilled or warmed. If reheating, preheat oven to 350°F, place quiche on a sheet tray, and bake it for 8-10 minutes.

APRICOT-PINEAPPLE GLAZED BONELESS SPIRAL-SLICED HAM
Fully cooked by family-owned Beeler’s Pork and ready to heat and serve. Preheat oven to 325°F, remove packaging, and wrap ham in foil, leaving a slight opening at the top. Place in a roasting pan and warm for 1-½ hours or until heated to your desired temperature.

STUFFED PEPPERS
Ready to heat and serve. To prepare, preheat oven to 375°F, remove lid and cover top with foil. Heat for 40 minutes.

NEW SEASONS MARKET AND CARLTON FARMS HAM
Ready to heat and serve. Preheat oven to 350°F, remove packaging, and place ham in a roasting pan over a drip rack. Add 2-3 cups of water to pan (more as needed during baking to keep drippings from burning) and warm for 20 minutes per pound or until heated to your desired temperature. Remove from oven, cover, and allow ham to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

LEMON-ROSEMARY TURKEY BREAST
Fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Preheat oven to 350°F, remove packaging, and place turkey in a baking dish with a small amount of water (or chicken/turkey stock). Cover tightly with foil and warm for approximately 10 minutes per pound or until heated to your desired temperature. For a crisper skin, remove the foil for the final 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.

WHITE AND DARK TURKEY ROAST
Fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. Preheat oven to 325°F, remove packaging, cut turkey into ½ inch slices, and place in a baking dish with a small amount of water (or chicken/turkey stock). Cover tightly with foil and warm for approximately 15–20 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature.

GRILLED SALMON WITH SPRING ONIONS
Ready to heat and serve. Preheat oven to 350°F, remove lid, then cover top with foil. Warm for 5-10 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature.

SEAFOOD CAKES
Made in-house and ready to cook and serve. Preheat oven to 350°F, remove packaging and place cakes in a baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated to your desired temperature.

SIDES

Remove plastic tops on packaging before placing containers in the oven or microwave to reheat, unless other cooking instructions are noted.

Oven Instructions
Cover entrées and sides with foil and reheat at 350° F for 15–20 minutes, or until heated to your desired temperature.

Microwave Instructions
Reheat entrées and sides for 2-3 minutes or until heated through to the desired temperature.
